The Good, The Bad & The Ugly!

So I had a chance to see Spiderman 3 again, and Yep, it still sucks.
A hideous sequel to what were 2 Brilliant comic book movies, (there is far too many hints of "Sticky fingers" by studio execs who were overly concerned about a lack of action and Superman's lacklustre box-office, Nonetheless I still hold out hope for a solid "Director's cut" that picks up all those pieces from the cutting room floor and creates a cohesive whole of it)
But is it really that bad?

Well here is a quick list of truly awful comic book movies

* (Honourable mentions should be made here; Shaquille O'Neals stab at "Steel" or the 80s "Captain America", though i have not included them for 2 reasons. First, to my knowledge they did not recieve cinema release in this country, and secondly, I haven't seen them, though they are reputedly best both avoided at all costs. Also Halle Berry's "Catwoman" even if it did kill any hope of Selina Kyle stepping on screen again, is not a comic book movie. Pamela Anderson's stab at Barb Wire should also be mentioned, so though Pamela and her 'dynamic duo' are in it's prime here, it remains an entirely forgetable movie)
